Tuesday – Pasta Making :
Campers will learn a traditional Italian pasta recipe and continue their learning experience my learning how to roll and shape fettuccine, ravioli and tortellini.
Wednesday – S’mores Pie & Cupcake Decorating:
For the s’mores pies, campers will learn how to make a home made graham crust along with a Belgian chocolate pastry cream filling.
Campers will create and decorate animal themed cup cakes using coloured butter creams and will learn how to use piping tips to create different textures and effects. Campers will also learn how to add decorations using other food items such as marshmallows, pretzels, chocolate chips and fondant.
Thursday – Doughnuts:
Campers will learn how to make a yeast risen doughnut dough along with learning how to decorate the doughnuts using a variety of toppings such as sprinkles, cookie crumbs and ganaches.
Friday – Love Bug’s:
Learn how to make one of the most adorable members of the Le Dolci family, the love bugs! Pictured above, these mini cakes are almost too cute to eat and a perfect way for us to end our week with our campers!
