Pizza night at Le Dolci is our newest class where students come to have some fun and make delicious homemade pizza with bread master Chef Matthew Duffy.

In this class we will make 2 hand tossed pizza’s per person – chefs creations vary from class to class but always use inventive & seasonal ingredients.   Past classes have included:  caramelized onion, kale, garlic and ricotta pizza.  Hand chopped pesto with prosciutto, mozzarella and topped with arugula pizza.

Once you take this class you’ll never order take out again!
