Virtual Pasta Fun

Thank you for choosing to take a class with Le Dolci! We’re looking forward to meeting you and making delicious pasta together! In the meantime, please look at our equipment and ingredient lists to prepare for class!

What are we making? PASTA!!
We’ll be making two types of pasta, one is a basic pasta dough that you can roll and cut into your favourite shapes, your kids will enjoy this tutorial too. The second type is one that is famous in a small region of Tuscany and is called Diraspini. The best part about this one is that it is made with red wine – yummy! So you can drink a glass while enjoying the class and add a little to your recipe too. 
For this class, you will need the following equipment:
A rolling pin or wine bottle
Flour for dusting
A clean surface for mixing your pasta dough
Clear plastic wrap
A pasta maker if you have one! If not, no worries.

Tuscan Diraspini Pasta

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup red wine
  • Salt
  • Oil

Regular Pasta

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 tub Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach
