For this class, you will need the following equipment:
- Hand/ Stand mixer with paddle attachment OR wooden spoon and whisk
- Fine mesh sieve
- Plastic Wrap
- Rolling pin or empty wine bottle
- Baking sheet(s) with parchment paper
- Cookie cutters: One large and one small for the Linzer cutouts OR 1 cup and 1 shot glass
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
- ½ cup Butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1.5 cups Flour
- 1.5 cups Cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- Icing Sugar for rolling
Sugar Cookie Dough (for Linzer)
- 1 ¾ cups Butter (room temperature)
- 1.5 cups Icing sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1.5 tbsp Vanilla
- 3 ¾ cups All Purpose Flour
Additional ingredients for decorating and serving
- Berry Jam
- Icing Sugar to dust
