Virtual Biscotti Party

Thank you for choosing to take a class with Le Dolci! We’re looking forward to meeting you and making delicious treats together! In the meantime, please look at our equipment and ingredient lists to prepare for class!

For this class, you will need the following equipment:

  • Hand/ stand mixer/whisk
  • A Few bowls for mixing
  • Rubber Spatula or wooden spoon
  • Baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Pastry or basting brush
  • Large knife (preferably serrated or bread knife)

Don’t forget to look in the pantry for the following ingredients, or add them to the grocery list:

For Traditional Biscotti

  • 1 ¾ cup flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts/fruit
  • 3 eggs
  • Almond extract OR vanilla extract (to taste)

For Festive Chocolate Biscotti

  • 1 ¾ cups  All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ⅓ tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½  cup Butter (soft)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Frangelico (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups Chocolate chip

You can also purchase these additional ingredients for decorating and serving 

  • white chocolate to drizzle
  • cranberries
  • pistachios
