- Week 1-Oct 26th: COOKIE FUNDAMENTALS – Scottish Shortbread, Spicy Ginger Molasses Cookies & Chewy Triple Chocolate Dunkers
- Week 2- Nov 2nd: CLASSIC FRENCH PUFF PASTRY – Puff Pastry & Apple-Almond Tart-Tatin
- Week 3-Nov 9th: SOUFFLÉ CAKES – Soufflé style Flourless Chocolate & Molten Cakes
- Week 4-Nov 16th: CHEESECAKE BASICS – Cheesecake basics and perfect plating
- Week 5-Nov 23: TRUFFLES & MARSHMALLOWS – Chipotle chocolate truffles & marshmallow squares
- Week 6-Nov 30: YULE LOGS – Yule Logs with meringue mushrooms (ready for holiday parties!)
Cost: $450 for six weeks and includes all materials and equipment.
